XF Travel Limited opened its doors in San Po Kong in 2025 — a Hong Kong travel practice founded on the belief that good travel is planned, not merely purchased.
We are new, and we treat that as an advantage: no legacy systems, no template itineraries, no habit of putting margin ahead of the traveller. What we carry instead is a way of working — attentive, unhurried and personal — that we intend to hold to for a very long time.
01 — Our story
Why we exist
XF Travel was founded in 2025 by travellers who had grown tired of watching journeys flattened into transactions.
We had spent years booking our own trips through screens that knew the price of everything and the value of nothing — the screens that could sell a flight but could not tell you which side of the aircraft caught the sunrise, or that the earlier ferry meant the harbour to yourself. So we built the desk we wished we could call.
From day one the model has been simple. A person plans your journey. That same person prices it, books it, reconfirms it and answers when something changes. We chose Hong Kong as our home because it is the finest hinge in Asia — an hour from the Mainland's great landscapes, a gateway to the world's carriers and cruise lines, and a city that rewards anyone willing to look past the obvious.
Being established in 2025 means our roots are young, but our standard is borrowed from an older era of travel agency — when an itinerary was a promise, and your agent knew your name. We hold to that, deliberately, and we intend to still be holding to it decades from now.

03 — The way we work
Slow planning, so your days run fast.
Behind every itinerary that reads effortlessly is a good deal of unglamorous work: cross-checking timetables, calling hotels to confirm the room actually faces the water, sequencing a day so the queues fall away and the light lands where it should.
We do that work so you never have to. You receive a plan that feels obvious in hindsight — the mark, we think, of travel arranged properly. And because a single desk handles your flights, tours, cruise and rooms together, the pieces actually fit.
